Leona runs Lumenis, DEKA and Jeisys platforms in Al Malqa, Riyadh. Each was specified for a defined set of concerns rather than bought as a machine that claims to do everything, and each session is set by a consultant who has assessed your skin type first.

Skin concerns rarely arrive alone. Texture, pigmentation and laxity often need different energy sources, and a plan usually combines them across a course of sessions rather than promising one dramatic appointment.

The platforms in the clinic
Jeisys Potenza combines microneedling with radiofrequency to stimulate collagen at depth, working on fine lines, pigmentation, acne marks and stretch marks.
Lumenis M22 is an intense pulsed light platform used for texture and radiance, acne scarring, pores and fine lines, and separately for scalp stimulation in thinning hair.
DEKA Again Pro Plus is an advanced laser suited to a range of skin types, with cooling that makes longer sessions more comfortable.
Q-Switched targets pigment with precision: tattoo removal, pigmentation, acne marks, and lip lightening and tinting.
Ultraformer is used for lifting and tightening.
Skin type comes first
Laser settings that suit one skin type can harm another. Deeper phototypes, which are common across Saudi Arabia, need conservative parameters and an honest conversation about how many sessions a result will take.
That assessment happens at the consultation, before any device is switched on. If your skin is better served by a different treatment, or by waiting, the consultant will say so.
Treatment plans and pricing are set at your consultation, once a consultant has assessed you in person. Sessions can be split into instalments with Tabby and Tamara.

How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the concern, the platform and your skin type. Most pigmentation and texture plans run over a course of sessions spaced several weeks apart, and your consultant will set that out at the consultation.
Is laser safe for darker skin?
With the right platform and conservative settings, yes. Skin type is assessed before any treatment, and the consultant will choose the device and parameters accordingly, or recommend an alternative.
Is there downtime?
It varies by treatment. Some sessions leave only mild redness for a few hours; RF microneedling and stronger laser settings need more recovery. You will be told what to expect before you book the session.
Can you remove a tattoo?
Yes, with the Q-Switched laser, over a course of sessions. The number depends on the ink colours, depth and age of the tattoo, and complete clearance cannot be promised in advance.
